Refund policy
Did your item arrive with some defect, or are you dissatisfied with your purchase?
Don't worry; we get your money back in just a few easy steps!
Read the instructions carefully:
from the moment you physically receive your order, you have 15 days to request a refund, after which, unfortunately, we can no longer return the money or make an exchange;
write an email to info@atlantica.store specifying your order number (ex: order # 1024), your details (name and surname of the person who made the payment + name and surname of the recipient of the shipment if they are two different names), and the item you ordered;
explain to us the reason for your refund request and possibly attach proof photos. (e.g., I would like to return because my item is broken, as you can see from the attached image);
Within 24 hours, you will receive an answer from our staff who will agree with you for the shipment); if you write to us on the 15th day and receive a response on the 16th, don't worry! The date of sending YOUR email is authentic !!
N.B: To be entitled to a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must not have any signs of wear and must be in its original packaging !!! If your item has signs of wear, it will not be possible to refund or replace it, even partially.
The shipping costs for the return YOU DO NOT PAY (unless it is a return due to exchange due to a purchase error); you will be asked by email for the address where the courier will arrive, thus also agreeing on the time and the delivery note will be sent to you by email, which you will need to print and apply on the package following the instructions that will be given to you.
Once your return is returned to us, it will be thoroughly analyzed.
If we believe that the reasons you have given us are valid and accurate (ex: if your item is broken or damaged or if it is in the same condition as you received it in the case of an exchange), we will send you a refund on the same method payment with which you made the purchase or possibly different if agreed via email.
In case of an exchange, if it is possible to do so, a voucher will be issued for the value of the purchased object that you want to change;
N.B: Being those of Atlantica, collections with a limited number of pieces in case of EXCHANGE, we recommend that you contact the Store as soon as possible for any problem or need for information by writing to the email: info@atlantica.store
